The project is a semi-buried house in the salar de Uyuni, it protects the inhabitants from the sun and the reverberation. The house is divided into two wings, one for the day and another for the night, the circulations in front of the living rooms enlarge to become itselves living areas. The wings bordered a patio. The ceiling is constituted by many vaults which allow good ventilation in the entire construction, letting the sunshine in with big windows on the sky. The house is built in clay brick and concrete. With those materials, the project become a landmark in this huge salty expanse.
