Library Dragos is designed as a university library and is a cultural part of the campus master plan, which includes many industrial heritage sites. It is designed to take advantage of the sloping terrain so that it does not spoil the natural hill view and disappear within the terrain. Transitions from the upper level to the lower levels are provided by ramps in accordance with the logic of the building to preserve the natural appearance. The design decision used on the exterior of the building was also used to create the interior of the building, and inside it were designed reading hills and access ramps.
