The project proposes a number of transitional elements between the building and the children. Our proposal for the school follows the same spatial scheme of Mozambique’s traditional architecture, where the community space occupies the centre, surrounded by huts and the protective fence. The building is at the same time unitary and modular, it adapts itself organically to the ground to facilitate construction and adds in its structure the spaces and mechanisms for future growth, it does not end itself in its form. Architecture integrated into nature and nature present in architecture.
