The minimalist- industrial loft is located in Bangalore, India, designed by Arfa Falak N. The 64 square meter apartment was set up in a reconstructed multistorey industrial building. The target of the client was to design the space for a short-term rental where people become a center of the design living in the interior surrounded by city views.
Although most of the interior is plastered white, one wall in the kitchen demonstrates exposed brick. This adds a touch of that recognizable New York loft style to the apartment.
In the bathroom, the shower stall is nothing like you’ve seen before. And it also has a spa bathtub to boot.
Besides the smart planning, every detail in this loft seems thought-through. There are no unnecessary details, but it’s full of chic and character.
