Project by mw.arq | moema wertheimer translates the company’s visual identity into elegant, functional spaces
São Paulo, 2025 – For the design of Ipê Realty’s headquarters in São Paulo, the architecture firm mw.arq | moema wertheimer developed a project that merges refined aesthetics with brand strategy. The focus was on the careful selection of materials and a palette of neutral tones to communicate the strength and credibility of the real estate investment firm.

The program includes workspaces, meeting rooms, executive offices, and a kitchenette. Construction was carried out by Zénite Arquitetura e Construção.
Materials such as leather and polished stainless steel — less common in corporate environments — were introduced to add elegance and originality. Leather covers one of the walls, while stainless steel features in the meeting room tables.

Wood is widely used throughout the spaces, enhancing the feeling of solidity and trust. The blue carpet flooring adds a subtle touch of color while reinforcing the company’s visual identity.
Creative solutions were also implemented to ensure privacy in key areas. In the boardroom, for example, wooden slats frame a glass panel with switchable transparency technology, allowing the glass to shift from clear to opaque as needed.

Warm lighting and a suspended planter contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, underscoring the firm’s focus on combining comfort and functionality throughout the space.
The strategic choice of subdued colors and sophisticated materials highlights how architecture can be a powerful tool for shaping corporate image and reinforcing a company’s credibility.
