The project has the objective to fit in a colorful scenery, just like the Oslo one that sets art and culture on the first level, and, at the same time it want to suggest the right way to follow. In fact, the icelandic word RATLJÓST, literally means “enough light to sail”: this calls back to the purpose of the project to point out the right way that to follow conscientiously.

On this waveline, the so called project doesn’t only want to propose new architectural hints, rather it proposes initiators and incubators of artistic forms in order to contribute in a personal way to the cultural development of this amazing city.
