BDNY 2026, Boutique Design New York, returns to the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York on Sunday 8 and Monday 9 November 2026, with the show floor open from 10 am to 5 pm on both days. Run by Emerald, the trade fair and conference for boutique hotel design connects hospitality brands and designers with suppliers of furniture, textiles, lighting and art, and this year more than 700 brands take part under the theme Designed to Be Remembered.

The fair is aimed at designers, architects, purchasing agents, hoteliers, owners and developers. Alongside the exhibition, a conference programme of educational sessions covers best practices, industry challenges, design trends, wellness and guest experience, and the week includes design tours, award events and networking.

Designed Spaces and Dine + Design

A highlight of the floor is Designed Spaces, a series of full-scale hospitality settings such as cafes, lounges and bars, created by design teams with exhibitors’ products so visitors can test them in use. The 2026 line-up includes One Night Only, an experience built around the Kimpton, Hotel Indigo and Ruby Hotels brands; Relish, a conference lounge reimagined as an intimate supper club; The Gilded Dare, in which Avenue Interior Design reworks an old-world Manhattan penthouse in signature SLS style; and The Unkindness of Ravens by Preen. A coastal themed Mainstage hosts talks, and BDNY’s Dine + Design pop-up café focuses on new ideas in restaurant and bar design.

Registration and passes

Registration for trade visitors is open on the BDNY website, and advance rates closed on 14 October. From 15 October the two-day Trade Fair Pass costs USD 305, the two-day Full Conference Pass USD 530 and a one-day conference pass USD 405; students and educators with credentials pay USD 105 for the trade fair and USD 205 for the full conference. Only conference pass holders can enter the CEU accredited sessions, and children under 16 are not admitted to the show floor. Related events in the same week include the Platinum Circle Awards on 6 November and the Gold Key Awards on 9 November.
