A house nestled on the shores of the Pacific Ocean blends the refined elegance of an exclusive home with a deep environmental responsibility.

The project promises private-home perfection, blessed by breathtaking views and sumptuous living space. Villa Siena stands out for its private beach, calm and exclusive location, situated away from the hustle-bustle of the city amidst the lush of greenery. It represents a safe and secure place including all the features that will help to protect your privacy. The wide-spanning roof connecting both cliff sides provides the beach area with a shelter-like feeling.

When luxury goes hand in hand with nature: The interaction between the building and nature was an essential element of this project. To guarantee the organic integration into the cliff, various shapes and forms were tried, always taking into account the structure and characteristics of the natural surroundings.

The façade does not follow a repetitive logic, but rather appears chaotic in its sequence and reacts specifically to the natural environment. This ensures maximum use of the existing space without having to change or adapt the existing environment. According to the principle – adaptation to nature and not the other way around.

All foundational and carrying elements are massive reusable and CO2-neutral concrete structures mixed with basalt to minimize walls throughout the floor plans. Various materials like sand, basalt, or marble were used for the building´s facade and interior to create the unique, luxurious tropical vibe of the 60s.

The living area can be reached through a small entrance and narrow stairs that make you feel like walking through a canyon gap to find the way to paradise. The building´s frontside can be opened by 80%, blurring the boundaries between the closed living spaces and the beautiful, infinite nature.

Living in this villa feels like a vacation with its unique architecture. Villa Siena is not just a place it is an emotion.
