Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Use Manage membership to cancel, update your card or switch plans. When you cancel, your benefits and shop code stay active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
What do I send after joining?
Your welcome email lists everything. Reply to it with your project images (a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link is fine), the project text or your notes, credits and your Instagram handle. Supporters send the work they want us to share.
When is my project published?
Studio features are published within 7 days of receiving your materials. Studio Partner features go out on the dates you choose, two a month.
How does the 20% shop discount work?
You get a personal code in your welcome email. It works on everything in the illustrarch shop, at checkout, with the email address you joined with, for as long as your membership is active.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes. Yearly membership costs the same as ten months, so two months are free. Benefits are still delivered every month.
I’m already a member on Patreon. Does anything change?
No. Your Patreon membership continues as before. Membership here is for anyone who prefers to pay directly on illustrarch.com.
Which currency am I billed in?
Memberships are billed in US dollars through Stripe. Your bank may show the amount in your local currency.
