Project Manager / Project Architect – CTK Architecture and Project Management

We are seeking a Project Manager / Project Architect with a passion for both interior design and architecture to lead and manage architectural projects from concept through construction. This in-person role at our Chelsea office requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep appreciation for design. Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and project management: Drive the planning, design, and execution of complex projects, ensuring they meet client expectations.
• Collaborate on interiors: Work closely with our partner interior design studio Billy Cotton Studio to coordinate design concepts and ensure high-end interior detailing.
• Oversee project workflow: Manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and design standards.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants: Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior staff: Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior team members, contributing to their development and project success.

Requirements:

• Passion for interior design and architecture: A strong appreciation for both is essential.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Architecture and Interior Design.
• Software skills:
  • AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office: Must be proficient.
  • Enscape knowledge is a plus.
• High-end detailing: Strong knowledge of high-end interior detailing is required.
• Proven experience in specifying interior finishes, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and lighting, including conducting research and collaborating closely with designers.

• Project management: Experience in handling complex project schedules, budgets, and design deliverables.
• Driver’s License required.
• Licensure: Licensure preferred but not required. Willingness to pursue licensure is appreciated.
