Design Week Lagos takes place from 18 to 25 October 2026 in Lagos, Nigeria. The annual festival is dedicated to pan-African design and uses exhibitions, talks and workshops to present work from across the continent.

This year’s programme is organised around five areas: design culture and systems; manufacturing, brands and trade; product, furniture and industrial design; interior design; and architecture and the built environment. Highlights include the Made by Design trade show and the Design and Innovation Exhibition.

For architects and designers following the growth of African design, the week offers a concentrated look at practices, makers and manufacturers working across disciplines in one of the continent’s largest cities. Details of venues and events are published by the organisers.
