Run a small architecture or interior design practice without rebuilding the paperwork for every project. The Architect’s Office Mega Kit gives a studio of 1 to 15 people the documents, workbooks and decks it needs to set up, price, win, run and grow: from the fee proposal and the letter of appointment to RFIs, change orders, invoices, handover, hiring, studio standards and marketing.
Everything is written for real practice, with US and UK/EU terms side by side (RIBA stages and the US phases). The Small Practice Handbook explains how to price a project from the cost of an hour, what belongs in an appointment, how to run each stage and how to keep cash flowing, and points to the exact template you need in each chapter.

💡 Good to know
- The agreement, appointment and contract documents are practical starting points, not legal advice. Have them checked against the law and standard forms (AIA, RIBA or local) where you practise. The workbooks are not accounting or tax advice.
- The Excel formulas were checked by script and the decks by preview. The files have not been opened in every version of Office, Google or Apple apps; if anything displays oddly in yours, tell us and we will fix it.
- Most workbooks come with fictional sample rows so the dashboards and totals work on day one; clear the input cells to start fresh.
- Delivered as a download link (Google Drive), 1 file, about 26 MB. 241 files in total.
- Also part of the Ultimate Bundle: all 10 illustrarch mega packs in one purchase for $69.
