The Italian State Property Agency, Agenzia del Demanio, has launched an international design competition for the regeneration of the former San Sebastiano Prison in Sassari, Sardinia. The first phase submission deadline is 19 February 2027 at 14:00 CET.

The competition is open to architects and multidisciplinary teams. The total value of the services to be awarded exceeds 2 million euros, with a further 5 million euros available as options for later design stages and technical services.
