Dutch Design Week (DDW) returns to Eindhoven for its 26th edition from 17 to 25 October 2026. For nine days the festival spreads across the city’s galleries, studios, institutions and public spaces, bringing together the full breadth of design.
This year’s theme is R.A.W., short for Rebel Authentic Worth. The organisers describe it as a return to the essence of design that embraces the unpolished, the exploratory and the experimental, giving designers room to challenge existing ideas, test new possibilities and show how change takes shape. Emma van der Leest and Anab Jain have been named as the Beacons of DDW26.
The programme combines exhibitions, workshops, seminars, film screenings, performances and parties, with themes ranging from ecology, care and inclusion to sustainability, education, liveability, digital culture and public life. Tickets, the festival map and the full programme are available on the DDW website.
