Urban Designers – Cross Works

Cross Works is looking for urban designers to expand its team in London. We are a motivated and friendly group aiming for sustainable growth to address rising demands across multiple sectors and regions. The selected candidates will engage in large-scale international masterplanning and urban design projects, as well as various architectural and creative assignments.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Qualifications in urban design, architecture, or landscape design (MA / Part 2 or 3)
• Proven professional experience in large-scale urban design initiatives
• Strong proficiency in Rhino (2D and 3D) is essential, while Revit knowledge is advantageous
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office is also expected
• Parametric skills and capabilities in urban analytics or environmental analysis are a plus
• Experience with GIS tools (Q or Arc) is beneficial
• Must be friendly, conscientious, and possess strong communication skills
• A passion for design and leveraging technology to improve design is vital
• Teamwork is crucial to the company culture

Salary and Working Conditions

The salary for this position will be competitive and based on experience and skills. This role requires working at our Camden Town offices in central London, five days a week. Remote or hybrid working options are not available.
