Candidate Requirements
- Proven project management abilities across various project phases, including team leadership and direct client and consultant communication.
- A minimum of two years of post-qualification experience for architect applicants.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with organizational capabilities and initiative.
- Experience in housing design and delivery within the UK.
- Knowledge of the London Plan Housing Design Standards.
- Portfolio PDF showcasing design skills, including project work, model making, sketches, technical drawings, and visualizations.
- Proficiency in 3D drawing software, such as Revit and SketchUp.
- A commitment to and understanding of sustainable design principles.
- Technical detailing and construction skills.
Additional Senior Architect Requirements
- Outstanding organizational skills, with a focus on proactive planning and progress tracking.
- Experience leading projects through all design and delivery stages.
- A minimum of four years of post-qualification experience.
